Non-Management Executive Sessions

Non-management members of the Holly Corporation (the "Corporation") Board of Directors shall meet at regularly scheduled executive sessions, which sessions shall be held on the same days as the regularly scheduled Board Meetings. The current Presiding Director for such sessions is Robert G. McKenzie.
