At the request of the reporting person, reports received through the compliance hotline services will be kept confidential and anonymous.

Any employee, director, customer, vendor, or business partner who, in good faith, reports what he or she believes to be a violation of this Code will not be subject to any disciplinary action or retaliation as a result of making such report.
