Gravity Scale

A) Less $0.02 per barrel for each full degree API below 40.9; less $0.015 per barrel for each 1/10th degree API above 44.9.

B) Less $0.015 per barrel for each 1/10th degree API below 34.0; less $0.015 per barrel for each 1/10th degree API above 44.9.

ALL intermediate postings should have the "A" gravity scale and ALL sour postings should have the "B" gravity scale.

In the event government statutes, regulations, or rulings require adjustments in the prices paid, Navajo Refining Company reserves the right to amend these postings. Recovery for excess payments may be made by either withholding an amount equal to the excess or by directly invoicing the Seller.

NMI PIPELINE: Applies to all Pipelines in SE NM

NM SOUR TRUCKED: Applies to all Trucked BBLS
