About Holly Corporation

We are principally an independent petroleum refiner which produces high value light products such as gasoline, diesel fuel and jet fuel. We were incorporated in Delaware in 1947 and maintain our principal corporate offices at 100 Crescent Court, Suite 1600, Dallas, Texas 75201-6927. Our telephone number is 214-871-3555.

Our operations are comprised of:
  • two refineries consisting of a petroleum refinery in Artesia, New Mexico that is operated in conjunction with crude oil distillation and vacuum distillation and other facilities situated 65 miles away in Lovington, New Mexico (collectively known as the “Navajo Refinery”), and refineries in Woods Cross, Utah;

  • approximately 900 miles of crude oil pipelines located principally in West Texas and New Mexico;

  • NK Asphalt Partners (dba Holly Asphalt Company), which manufactures and markets asphalt products from various terminals in Arizona and New Mexico; and

  • a 45% interest in Holly Energy Partners, L.P. ("HEP"), which owns logistics assets including approximately 1,600 miles of petroleum product pipelines located principally in West Texas and New Mexico (including 340 miles of leased pipeline); eleven refined product terminals; two refinery truck rack facilities; a tank farm; and a 70% interest in Rio Grande Pipeline Company (“Rio Grande”).
Navajo Refining Company, L.P., one of our wholly-owned subsidiaries, owns the Navajo Refinery. The Navajo Refinery has a crude capacity of 82,000 BPSD, can process sour (high sulfur) crude oils and serves markets in the southwestern United States and northern Mexico. In June 2003, we acquired the Woods Cross Refinery from ConocoPhillips. The Woods Cross Refinery, located just north of Salt Lake City, has a crude capacity of 26,000 BPSD and is operated by Holly Refining & Marketing Company – Woods Cross, one of our wholly-owned subsidiaries. This facility is a high conversion refinery that processes regional sweet (lower sulfur) and Canadian sour crude oils.
