Holly Corporation is an independent petroleum refiner and marketer producing high-value products such as gasoline, diesel and jet fuel as well as specialty lubricants, oil and waxes. Holly operates through its subsidiaries a 100,000 barrel per stream day ("bpsd") refinery located in New Mexico, a 125,000 bpsd refinery located in Tulsa, Oklahoma and a 31,000 bpsd refinery in Utah. Holly also owns an interest in Holly Energy Partners, L.P., which through subsidiaries owns or leases over 2,600 miles of petroleum product pipelines, 3 million barrels of refined product storage, 1 million barrels of crude oil storage and 11 refined product terminals and 3 loading rack facilities in several Southwest, Mid Continent and Rocky Mountain states.
